I live in a tiny little apartment in Oslo and even though it’s small I really like it here. The only thing I am kind of irritated on is the student-version of a kitchen: 2 plates, a sink and a fridge squeezed together in a corner. The German interior designer Burkhard Schäller has made a much better-looking version of my kitchen, with beautiful, almost graphic, lines. And to top it all off: this is a mobil kitchen witch means you can fold it together and bring it with you! More pictures after the jump!
There is nothing I love more than products that have a sense of humor mixed into the design, and therefore the Sweet Stool, Hocker and Sofa are right up my ally! Inspired by the process of ice-cream making, they look so cute, smooth and soft – I just really want to have a taste! Just like ice-cream, Sweet is coated in a layer, that is both durable and delicious. Therefore Spell, the designer behind it, like to say that Sweet is dipped in pleasure! More pics after the jump…

There are many restaurants around the world I would just love to visit… not first and foremost for the food, but actually more to see the interior. I love restaurants that dear to have an unconventional approach to their interior, in order to make their clients not only satisfied with the meal, but also leaving with a feeling of having been on an adventure. Kwint recently opened in Brussel and I love the crazy, bold and strange sculpture by Arne Quinze, stretching from room to room. More pics after the jump!
This autumn Monki is opening in Oslo, and here is a sneak peak of the amazing interior! Monki is a chain of fashion stores that combines illustrations and cloths, and every single store has its own unique interior design. This interior makes me think of Alice in Wonderland and willy wonka, it’s a real candy store for a girl who loves fashion. The cloths are inspired from street wear in Tokyo mixed with the best from Scandinavia, and I am afraid this means a serious problem for my economy… Press + to see more of the interior! (more…)
