Now that I am in the “objects have feelings”-mood, I really loved this cutlery from the silversmith and designer Kathryn Hinton. I don’t know how practical they are, but something tells me that they wont fall off your plate and grease up your table!
Norway just got their new opera opened and now it is time for Island to follow up. The Danish architect firm Arkitema has together with Arkthing of Iceland won the international competition for the new Icelandic Opera and her you can take a sneak peak on the house with views to elf hill…

Tom Dixon, the man who had to have two motorcycle accidents before he realised his talent for design, is now out with his 2008/2009 Collection. As usual the lights are round, strong and colourful, and the furniture’s have soft shapes, and a natural look. Over you can see Fluoro Shade and Table, and if you press more you can see the rest of the bold collection!

I am no sports-fan, but rock-paper-scissors is one of those few “sports” I can relate to. Now they are arranging the Norwegian Championship in rock-paper-scissors, followed by World Championship in Toronto, Canada 25. October. My good friend Tine Moe has designed their flyers and posters and it looks good!
